Introducing Yoga to young people enhances flexibility, strength, co-ordination and body awareness.
In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Children do not need any specialised equipment to practice yoga.
New sessions are just £3.70 and will begin each week from Monday 1st November - 11:45 – 12:30 in our multi activity studio.
Adult supervision is not essential in this session.
