The popular Wildlife Fun Day returns to Chelmsford Museum this year for May Half Term!

The event has previously been very popular with young and old alike, and returns promising a lively mix of activities on Saturday 4th June 2011.

Come along to this great family fun day and come face to face with live snakes, lizards and big spiders. If you're feeling brave enough, you will also have the opportunity to handle the animals!

Try fossil rubbing, join the Essex beekeepers to make candles and try your hand at many other crafts at Chelmsford Museum.

The Essex Wildlife Trust, RSPB and Rescuers Wildlife Sanctuary will have stands at the Museum and you can have your picture taken with owls.

Visit the council website or call 01245 605700 to find out more about the Wildlife Fun Day!
