Easter is just round the corner, so what have you planned? It is known as a regligious festival but many also use this time to get together with friends and family, so what is going on in and around Carmarthen? There are some wonderful places to wander around and with spring upon us maybe a visit to the National Botanic Gardens. There is loads to see and do especially this Easter. There are events from 6th April onwards from Pond dipping to building a Den!! Great for children of all ages from 3 to 53!! Jugglestruck will be providing the magic, mystery, fire juggling and balloon modelling. Theatr na n'Og are putting on a show to give the whole holiday a sense of theatre. And there is music too - provided by Fiddlebox.

How about a Gourmet Dinner on 17th April at the Gwenllian Court Hotel. Fine Dining at its best with 3 delicious courses and wine tasting experience. This is a really popular venue and the food is brilliant, I have eaten there so would heartily reccommend - so book now to avoid disappointment.

Still on Food we are lucky to have a really great Indian Restaurant in Carmarthen called Ginger. The food is really fab ( I have eaten here too!) and a little different so maybe after a day out drop into Ginger's in King Street.

Other places to think about is Aberglasney a wonderful Garden and ideal for a stroll on Easter Sunday. On 18th April, Aberglasney is hosting the Carmarthenshire Growers association Plant Fair.
