Some time ago a fairly technically minded chap had a major problem with his laptop. Now things being as they are his whole life was encased in the shiny gloss black box and access was denied. No matter what he did the box would slowly but surely deny him that access to greater and greater degrees every time it was switched on until one day it packed in altogether and all that was visible on the flat bit that was once a vibrant high definition 1,000,000 million colour screen was a blue abyss! Clive from Telemat took it away, did his magic and returned it the following week purring away like it did when it wasn't 110% full of my life.
