The food in the restaurant is stunning. I have NEVER had a bad meal and it doesn't cost the earth. Best vegetarian food for miles. The shop is brilliant with a huge selection of veggie stuff. Great cooking. Friendly staff.

I cannot praise the Waverley enough for its excellent, freshly cooked food! We are not vegetarians, but NEVER visit Carmarthen without eating lunch at the Waverley. It is definitley the best part of the visit.
Already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch, and knowing it will be difficult to choose from the wonderful menu.

The highlight of any visit to Carmarthen, has to be LUNCH at Waverley. Always hard to choose from the array of FRESHLY cooked dishes... which one to have with the fantastic variety of SALADS?... all for less than a fiver !!!
Then a piece of cake IF you can fit it in !!!
and if you get there late, there's nothing left !!! what better way to know that it is all made each day, and not microwaved from the freezer.

The choice of vegetarian food - so much choice & very good quality. You would be hard to find better. Staff are very helpful - both in shop and in restaurant, will order things if they haven't got it. They go out of their way for all customers.
