Having attended my 3rd networking event at the national botanic gardens, I felt the need to comment on the excellent facilities provided. The car parking is very user friendly, the venues have all been top of the range from the marque to principality house with all the technology you would expect from a first class operation. The buffets that have been provided are of the highest order, really good , high quality food with a wide range to suit all tastes. Over the years, I have been to many events at the NBGW and it is an ideal setting for meetings and conferences. The facilities are top notch and the rooms are comfortable. The food has always been good as well. All for a very competitive price when you compare it with other places like hotels. I have no hesitation in recommending them when asked for good meeting venues in Sir Gar.

A very good venue for meetings or conferences. Easy access, plenty of parking and a superb building and beautiful location. The food was outstanding, room size and layout, very good and professional.P.S A biscuit would have been the icing on the cake.
Just had to mention what a superb venue to visit for what we had as a conference. The food was excellent and it was a shame we had an evening meeting as we missed out on the exterior gardens.Next time i am sure we will visit during the day to take advantage.

A very hospitable welcome at a beautiful location. Friendly and approachable staff, eager to please. The catering service was top notch with a nice selection of fresh food, fruit and drinks.
The venue was perfect for the event, and the food superb, just the right mixture of traditional buffet fare and the more exotic.

I attended a brilliant and motivational talk at the National Botanical Gardens. I had never been to the venue before. I was please at the adequacy of parking and the wonderful and unique surroundings. The glass house was lovely, and the event was well run and very enjoyable. I will be bringing my family back for a visit, and considering the venue myself for future business projects!Thank you
Tom Oakley and his team did us proud last night at our bestof Carmarthen Special Presentation and Business Networking event. We met in the Great Glass House for a glass of sparkling wine courtesy of Wilson Wines - Tom then led the businesses over to the Marquee which was beautifully laid out with freshly cut flowers (from the gardens) on each table. After the Presentation we all enjoyed a very scrummy buffet. Many businesses commented on the great food. The National Botanic is an ideal place for conferences and weddings. We have visited the botanical gardens on several occasions and today visted their special mothers day promotion. Half price entry for the good lady, and a food and craft fair to boot! Staff were helpful and friendly, the train driver has sold us another vist later in the year for the kids to go pond dipping and den building. A beautiful spring day, and even though some plants are late budding this year with the weather, the venue has made the visit worthwhile and enjoyable
On Monday night (22nd June) thebestof Carmarthen held their networking event at the National Botanic Gardens. Not only myself but all 50 businesses thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. It was a real treat to visit the Great Glass House prior to our event in Principality House. Tom and his team had arranged everything and ensured the smooth running of the event. Nothing was too much trouble and the buffet they laid on was really superb. I can see why this is a great venue for conferences as well as networking and would recommend the venue to all businesses both big and small. Thank you Tom and your team your organisation made our networking really work. We will be back!!
