The completed survey report provided by Fairwood was just as comprehensive as the sample reports we had read online. It was hugely informative in helping us to decide whether to purchase the property or not. The report was both thorough and clear. Each of the areas we asked Lloyd to pay particular attention to were fully assessed along with a number of other areas that we hadn't picked up on when we viewed the property.
