This is the second job Castle have done for me; both most satisfactory - helpful and clean. I was particularly glad to see an apprentice in training.

I am a deaf disabled pensioner who had a Rayburn well past its best. Castle Heating were recommended by AGA-Rayburn and they proved to be not only an efficient firm but one that was prepared to go that extra mile. My new Rayburn had a defect in that it was slightly distorted in the front which could not be seen with the naked eye and therefore kept drawing. Castle Heating not only sent their engineering numerous times to try to correct the problem but eventually contacted Aga-Rayburn themselves who after two visits by different engineers eventually found the distortion which had occurred in the manufacture and replaced the front. As I live in Swansea, the constant journeys must have been a nuisance but the various members of the team were always cheerful and did everything they could. I have since had a radiator installed by this same firm with the same cheerful and efficient team. I would heartily recommend Castle Heating to anyone.

Castle Heating installed a new boiler and solar hot water system for us recently. Every aspect of the job was well managed, they kept us informed at all times and the work was excellent- efficient and tidy with a perfect end result. They are a very friendly and professional company and I highly recommend them.

After trying other companies in the area with little success, we contacted Castle Heating who arrived within a week to give us a quote and advice on the best appliance to fit regarding the living area that needs heating/hotwater and also cooking .
