I contacted Alpha Oak Flooring & Joinery after seeing their sign next to the A48. After speaking to Sarah the manager, it was arranged that someone would visit us at home to measure up and also bring samples of the various floors available. All the different options were explained and we were able to choose what suited our home with helpful advice throughout.
The fitter was meticulous and very conscientious; he did a suburb job of fitting and blending the new floor in with our existing flooring in an adjacent room.
What surprised us was that the prices were comparable to flooring sold at B & Q, but the quality was much better.
We are absolutely delighted with our new wood floor. Service and fitting were both excellent.
