I have gone to Kim for my treatments since she opened, now my whole family go! We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I go every 6 weeks for a facial and waxing. The athmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I also use the products and would not change from them. All in all a brilliant salon which is highly recommended by myself and the rest of the family!

After weeks of constant headaches I discovered a trip to Urban Beauty cures all with a very professional massage, relieving tension which had built up from every day life.
The cellar room is a perfect environment to relax whilst getting treatments. I now intend to book in to Urban Beauty every two months to keep my health in good shape.

i have been going to urban beauty for quite few years now.I go every time i have a holiday from work,and although i don't get as often as i probably should or would like,i thoroughly look forward to my visits. My facial is my treat to myself. I am always made welcome and fully relaxed and refreshed when i leave. I would definitely recommend a visit to Kim and the girls.

I love my facials at Urban Beauty total relaxation during the treatment and glowing skin afterwards. Having gone to Urban Beauty since Kim opened the salon I would never go anywhere else in Carisle and regularly recommend Urban Beauty to my friends and work colleagues. I'd also add as a pre holiday treat the jessica pedicure treatment leaves your feet feeling and looking lovely!

Kim, Lori & Abby make you feel so welcome and relaxed from the minute you walk in the door with their friendly manner. Treatments & products are the best! No pressure is put on you to buy. Nothing is ever a problem and you are never made to feel uncomfortable. It is certainly the relaxation every women or man should indulge themselves in! I have gone to Kim for the past 6 years or more and would recommend Urban Beauty to anyone.

I have known Kim and her team for some time now, having been a customer for a number of years. I have had a several treatments in the Salon, although I am still working my way through the list of other pampering treatments I haven't tried! The atomosphere is very relaxing and friendly and the treatment rooms are lovely. They have a beautiful treatment room downstairs which is ideal for a massage or facial. I would recommend everyone to try it.

Kim and the team are always very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is really relaxed. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else; I’m so pleased I found somewhere where I feel so comfortable.

I've been going to Urban Beauty for a few years now and I have always found Kim and the other staff to be very friendly and professional. They are very well organised, all my appointments have been on time.

The salon itself is modern yet relaxing and always nice and warm - very important when you are having some treatments!

I've been to other salons in Carlisle before Urban Beauty and it is by far the best.

I love going to Urban Beauty to be pampered because Kim and the team are so friendly and professional. I always leave the salon feeling gorgeous! I started going to Urban Beauty about 5 years ago and even though I now live in London, I still come here for waxing, facials and treats like pedicures. I've tried a few places in London but haven't found anywhere as good.
