Carlisle’s Open Space is a specialist in habitat management using native plant species. It can provide hard or soft landscaping, fresh water habitats, and wetland and water management. Its specialist advice and experience has been used in all kinds of landscaping projects ranging from small gardens to community projects. It has also been called upon by local authorities, the RSPB and similar organisation to help with European Protected Species surveys and/or management. Carlisle’s Open Space can also carry out a bat survey and other species surveys.
