I have been very pleased with service provided recently by Stephen Whelan of Byte IT. I needed advice on replacing a computer and he was able to ascertain my needs, order the computer, supply it and transfer all data without any problems. I prefer to deal with local businesses I know and trust in order to build up an ongoing relationship. Byte IT certainly fits the bill and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

If you've a laptop problem, give Byte IT a try. Steve sorted the problem double quick, with minimum delay, and the wireless connection and software now works a dream. Before you consider the main High Street retailers, I'd seriously have a look at Byte IT - no comparison in end result and service. Cheers, Steve.

My business, in common with all businesses embracing web-based marketing activities relies upon good internet connectivity, and a good internet presence too.

When my website developed problems, I made the mistake of using a Carlisle company advertising on the television. (The supplier of the laptop).Big mistake! They removed all my data, without even backing up the files, and my laptop was a complete disaster area. I was recommended Byte IT by a friend, and it was a lifesaver! Steven responded promptly; sorted the problem quickly; and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending his services to any other business. Stephen came & fixed a problem with one of our desktops & also supplied & installed a USB wireless adaptor. We were very happy with the way he worked. He is extremly professional, quick & obviously very clued up on all things to do with computers! We would definitely use his services again as his prompteness got us back on line again very quickly! I was using a computer man who i thought knew what he was doing but suffered computer problems for months.
