Carlisle city centre's Beauty @ Solo is staffed by friendly, approachable beauticians, with high levels of experience backed by on-going, regular staff training. There is no excuse for not finding the time for treating yourself as Beauty @ Solo provides beauty treatments 6 days a week, including Mondays. The beauty salon is also open until 7.30pm on Wednesdays.

New to Beauty @ Solo is the Podiatry clinic, each Monday, and with fully qualified practitioner, Kirsty Hiatt. Kirsty will offer a range of treatments for foot, ankle and lower leg related disorders, with the first treatment at £20.00

Beauty @ Solo caters for clients from all age ranges and for both sexes. This beauty salon has ground floor access which makes it a favourite with mums (or dads!) with pushchairs and also anyone requiring wheelchair access.

the most relaxed atmosphere, it's almost like popping round to your friend's for a catch up! the staff are always friendly, and very professional. i recommend beauty solo to everybody i know. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
Glitter Gelish Nails are a must for the party season, & have lasted me for 2 weeks so far! I have sent all my friends to Solo, fantastic treatments & Salon.
I go to beauty @ solo on a regular basis and have done for many years now. They offer some lovely treatments in a happy and relaxed environment. All my family know to buy me vouchers at christmas and birthdays, and i couldn't think of anything better :-) Excellent salon, highly recommended!
I recently had some Kooky Nail Wraps & Lash Extensions at Solo, both were fantastic, i was very pleased with them. I will definitely have both treatments again. Very impressed!
Excellent treatment. Friendly staff. Not the least bit pushy but always have time to answer questions and asdvise when asked. Even during a painful treatment humour is never far away.
The staff are very friendly and professional and the standard of service is exceptional. The envrionment is attractive and relaxing and the salon offers an extensive range of treatments at competitive prices.
I have just been in for a Caci Facial Treatment with Sue. The results were amazing! She did half of my face first, then showed me the results, i couldn't believe the difference. I have just booked the course of 10 + 1 free, i was so impressed with the treatment.
Beauty@solo is a fab place to go to be pampered as the staff are exceptionally freindly and the salon is a welcoming place to go, I go every week for a massage with Sue and come out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed .
Best place in Carlisle for Beauty Treatments - I have been going to Solo for the past five years and would not go anywhere else. Tracie is a brilliant therapist and I always look forward to my treatments with her - she is always cheerful and a great tonic during a relaxing facial!! I have been using the salon for a few years now especially for back massages, facials and waxing and this week for the first time a spray tan which left me with a lovely colour. I usually see Tracie and every visit leaves me feeling much better after my treatment and I highly recommend them to everybody and once you have been you wont go anywhere else it has such a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
A great salon in the centre of town, with ease of access, also for pram & wheelchair users. The salon has a beautiful decor with avery calming atmosphere and all the girls are very friendly and willing to give their advice. If you like being pampered I recommend you book a treatment. Coreen K
I have waxing and facial treatments with Sue every 5-6 weeks, have done for over 5 years and wouldn't miss. I recommend everyone to SoLo. The salon has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly and professional.
I would recommend this salon to anyone the staff are really friendly and very professional and alway make you feel welcome. I have tried many of the treatments and have been impressed with them all. My favorite treatment at the moment is the gelish nails they are brilliant and would recommend them.
I would rate beauty @ solo as the best! I went there for the first time today and had a facial. They were very welcoming and it was a lovely atmosphere. The beauty therapist gave me lots of good advice for my troubled skin which helped me to feel better. She recommended products and gave me some samples to try. I felt totally cared for and got what I needed. I will definitely be returning for more treatments!
I wouldn't go to any other salon but this one! Compared to other city salons I have been to the atmosphere at 'Solo' is relaxed and friendly and the staff are always really enthusiastic! The treatments are first class and Tracie, Louise and Sue do a fantastic job to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The prices are very reasonable and you always want to book in for a second appointment-one is just not enough! Solo- A super city salon that just can't be beaten on quality!
I have been a client of Beauty@SoLo for a number of years now, you can guarantee a friendly & professional service. My husband recently bought me a voucher for the Ultimate Facial, which i thoroughly enjoyed. It was the best facial i have had in a long time, i felt very relaxed & my skin looked great. This salon is definitely worth a visit.
I have just returned from holiday & my feet need some serious attention, so I booked in with Kirsty who is a Podiatrist & visits SoLo on a Monday once a month. It was well worth it, my feet feel great now & only £20.00 for the initial treatment.
I had Gelish Nails done at SoLo,absolutly love them! They lasted for nearly 4 weeks & only cost £8.00. I would definitely recommend the treatment & salon.
I have been using Solo for a couple of years now and always go to Louise who is really friendly and easy to talk to. Louise makes you feel really relaxed and every treatment I get is always to the highest standard.
I go there once a month & it is an enlightening experience. The staff are very pleasant & informative, and I feel younger & invigorated when I leave!
Sue Lamb and her colleagues at solo will do their upmost to make you feel great about yourself, from waxing eyebrows to neck and body massages, and everything inbetween, this is the place to be, book well in advance, because they are very busy girls, which is a recomendation in its self isnt it?

I have all my beauty treats at Solo. I am always pleased with everything I have. I regularly have spray tans & false lashes, both last for ages! My feet always look good that's down to Solo's pedicures & nail art. I recently started using Dermalogica Clean Start range, which is for teenagers. My skin has never been as good, all my spots have disappeared! I recommend it to all my friends.
