A dynamic evening of feasting, live music, readings and performance to inspire you in the kitchen, and understand and embrace the wise words of Hypocrites, father of medicine "Let food be thy medicine, medicine be thy food".

A feast to put the spring in your step! Whether it be living with a health condition, from high cholesterol to IBS, allergies to diabetes, or simply a desire to get the most out of food, join us to discover how you can feast your way to good health!

Slow Food members Gastronomer Thomas Bean and Medical Herbalist Lara Bernays bring you an evening to enrich your life, with a fusion of carefully selected and combined ingredients, enriched with herbs and spices. To Tom food is about flavour, seasons and culture. To Lara food is chemistry, a medicine chest there to be used to heal and cure. Together they aim to inspire a greater connection with food, the land it comes from and the body we put it into.
