Really they are rather good at Adpar's Riverside Health Food shop, Helping customers to make a choice of yoghurt, veg and magical spice, Jotting down in the order book my next week's organics from Queenswood, Cheerful always and extremely fair are Ruth & Hazel, Jan & Claire!
The shop is well stocked with genuinely good quality products (such as raw goats milk), the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and there is an ethos of generosity and helpfulness that I appreciate.

Absolutely superb cafe, the staff are efficient and friendly, the service is top notch and the food is divine. I had the lasagne and salad and it was fantastic, full of flavour and a good portion. Have every intention of returning again and again.

Since Hazel and Kim have taken over Riverside Health Shop and now Riverside Cafe it has been a real pleasure to shop and eat at their two establishments. Everything you could need including fabulous fresh veg and lovely plants at the shop and delicious freshly cooked food at brilliant prices at the cafe. They have improved the look and feel of both places and continue to develop and offer great service.
