At very short notice I required a product to be delivered to Leeds, West Yorkshire for next day delivery. Knowing nothing about the company and ordering 'mid-afternoon' I was a little unsure as to whether it would actually arrive on time!
I placed my order with Carol, who was extremely helpful, reassuring and who put my mind at ease.

On the day of delivery I unexpectedly had to go out, so I rang Carol to explain and asked if she knew what time I could expect delivery. She contacted the courier and called me back immediately with a time. The courier arrived well within the time frame and the product, a combined toilet-seat/comode/bath/shower chair, was absolutely perfect and helped me immensely through my week with my elderly and disabled visitors.
