A superb meal! Everything about our evening was perfect. The food was divine, the setting relaxing and welcoming and the service attentive but not intrusive. It really was an anecdote to a rather disappointing stay in a local hotel! I would definitely recommend this place and hope it continues to go from strength to strength.

I booked a table for our wedding anniversary whilst on holiday in Aberporth. It was a Sunday evening in the middle of September and we were the only four guests in the restaurant, we were placed at a lovely table and made to feel very special. The food was outstanding and we had a lovely evening. We will definately visit again when we are next in the area. Thank you.

The food at Gardd Y Nos is always excellent, well presented and large portions, Brains Beer is perfectly served. However it is the smiling and friendly staff who made it all worthwhile. We will, I hope continue to be very satisfied customers.

A very professional and refreshing restaurant. Excellent food at reasonable prices and at last - British cuisine.

It was on our mini honeymoon break we eat at the Gardd Y Nos recommended by our hotel. I had the Beef for starters and Duck for mains my husband had Scallops for starters and Pork Belly for mains, all dishes were excellently cooked and well presented. The tastes were divine we had to try each others as they were so good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This will be a highlight in our converstions about our break and we would highly recommend anyone in the area to eat here.

Stunning surroundings, beautiful building, lovely friendly staff, amazing food! We both ordered the Thai, 1 vegetarian and 1 chicken and they were delicious. Good large portions and amazing blend of flavours- Top food! Top place!

If you want an unique dining experience, then this is the place for you. It is by far the best place to eat that I have found. The inside is very tastefully set out. The manager Tristan makes evryone feel welcome and special and all the staff are very friendly without being gushy. The same can be said for the owner Gwyn. The food is obviously prepared by an amazing chef who loves to cook. The food is all sourced locally and they have an amazing menu. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. Give Gardd Y Nos a try, I promise you that you won't be dissapointed.

I used to live in the village and return frequently, We have often thought about visiting with friends but unfortunatly the food in the area was crap. I have now found food that i would happily bring friends to.

The food is excellent, the service is brilliant and what a lovely setting. 1st CLASS.

I ate at Gardd y Nos this evening with my mother. It was the third time under the current ownership. We have always been delighted by the food, service and general standard of the establishment.
In my opinion they have set out to meet a standard and have consistently met it.
The variety of food has improved while the quality has remained superb.
A goats cheese starter I tried for the first time tonight (complimented by a superb Californian Zinfandel) was worthy of an award! Everything we were served arrived looking like a work of art and had a combination of flavours to match!
The service from a well established staff is above reproach. No snooty waiters or supercilious attitudes, just friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and efficient service.
I couldn't manage a dessert but I tasted the banana and fig sponge with mango sorbet that my mother had and will try to leave room for it next time.
It goes without saying that I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who has the opportunity to try it.

Definitely worth a visit for the quality food and open friendliness. Warm and welcoming; slightly out Aberporth on the B4353 but well worth the visit. The owner and the manager were both very friendly and made you feel very welcome. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. There were many temptations on the menu as well as fresh daily fish!
