Required some follow up plumbing work as part of the cottage renovation. Contacted Castle Heating and Gas Services for a quote for the works to be completed. I had a prompt follow up call to confirm the date for quotation of works.

On the day of the work to be carried out the engineers arrived and confirmed what was required and then continued to do a professional job.

Castle heating are excellent. A date for quotation was quickly arranged and kept to. On arrival they were very professional and clearly knew their trade….. After speaking with them about the works required they provided a quote in a timely fashion with a clear notice as to when the works would commence.
The works commenced on time with a review of the works to be carried out by the engineers. As part of this discussion there were a couple of extra jobs added to the list whilst the engineers were onsite. This was not a problem for them to perform. The work carried out was done to a very high standard and the engineers were all very pleasant and knew what they had to do and in the time allocated.
On completion, the new Oil Combi unit was tested and certified by Gethin and the ‘how to use’ guide given and explained

We obtained several quotes for a Full Oil Central Heating system to include a boiler. Not only did Geithin come out promptly to discuss the work but the quotation was with us within a couple of days. The quote was a good competitive price. My only concern was that they would actually turn up when they said. They did and promptly every morning for around 8 days until they completed the job. They were tidy and polite despite having to work with 28 inch thick walls. The service from beginning to end was very good and I would happily recommend Castle Heating.
