My Children were lost as reception to my t.v. failed. One call to Aled appeased them as they knew the telly was going to be fixed! He came promptly and within 20 mins order was restored and so was my sanity! I cannot recommend him enough. He is polite and proffessional. He was able to locate the problem and solve it very quickly.

I needed someone to help my aged parents cope with the repeated retuning when Cardigan went digital. They had been without TV and I couldn't help them as I live on Anglesey. One phone call to Aled sorted out their problems with TV and radio. Great, courteous service - would not hesitate to use again.

Aled came along as agreed and fitted a new dish and connected it to our sky boxes in 3 bedrooms to give us free sky to be ready for the digital switch over. All works perfectly, with a much improved picture. All done in a couple of hours with practically no mess. Great service and a cheerful happy fitter which is important when you let people into your home to carry out work.

Aled from Action Aerials came highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. He came exactly when he said he would and upgraded my television to Digital Freeview. . Being in my 80s it was important to me that I felt comfortable with a stranger in my house and Aled put me at my ease and was very polite and took time to explain the new controls and channels to me.
