Spring is here and it is often the time that we all think about becoming fitter and more energised. Exercise certainly helps and a healthy diet but sometimes even eating healthily does not always make us feel good. Many of us have allergies or food intolerances that affect the way we feel. Help is at hand, Arwen Lehmann-Davies is the founder of Well Being Health ( a small group of experienced and qualified nutritional therapists) who will help you to understand which foods are
beneficial and which are not.
So how does it work?
Arwen uses a EAV Testing machine, which are used by practioners in many hospitals in Germany. The procedure is non-invasive and does not involve needles, just skin contact with a probe on the finger or toes. The machine replicates frequencies of allergens and gives the tester a reading of how the body is reacting to a given substance. Arwen will provide a personal consultation based on the results of the testing machine and will give you advice and help to aid in your recovery.
You will be given a personal eating plance and a look at a chemical avoidance plan. The advice should be followed for 12 weeks thereafter it is recommended you have a retest to see which foods can be re-introduced.
So if you think you need an MOT on your eating habits make an appointment to see Arwen.
Arwen is visiting Tranquil Moments on 22nd April, 2009. Appointments are now being taken and I know the day is being booked up quite quickly so do give Tina Morris of Tranquil
Moments a call on 01239 615995 and book in. If you cannot make this date Arwen will be coming again each month. Do see our events pages for dates.
What do you think about food intolerances? Have you ever suffered with allergies? We would love to hear from you with your comments and I will ask Arwen to reply.
