Welsh Shotokan Karate Union is led by chief instructor and Wales national team coach, Chico Mbakwe (8th dan).
Train up to 4 times per week in 3 dojos across Cardiff and South Wales: in Llanrumney, Fairwater and Llandeilo (Carmarthenshire).

Safe conduct is always enforced throughout the dojo
Affiliated with Welsh Karate Governing Body, recognised by British-, European- and World Karate Federations, right up to the International Olympic Committee.
Instructors hold UK Athletics-recognised coaching qualifications and 
Child Safeguarding certification
