I have trusted Phil John to work on my period Victorian House because he convinced me that he had not only the skills to do the job but a deep understanding of the colour palette the Victorians used.

In stripping down three layers of wallpaper and 7 layers of paint to get at the original surface he showed a level of dedication I could not muster but he took it all in his stride The new finish is better than ever.
