My hair had been getting worse and worse, ie breaking, over dry and thinning. I went in wanting a quick fix" maybe some extensions etc etc . Nicki spent ages with me and basically did herself out of £100's of pounds by explaining to me that the worse thing I could do to my hair was keep abusing it. I ended up spending a mere £30 when i was prepared to spend £300. A week later having used the fantastic oil I bought there, and not having used my straighteners my hair already feels thicker and generally more healthy - maybe it might even grow again.
