Well, where do I start.
Fortunately for me, i had recently recieved a mail shot from "Continental Cars UK Ltd".
Weeks prior i had aquired a Mercedes C-Class Sport, which had a very bad vibration whilst in drive. So i contacted and spoke with Matt, and he arranged to see me that same day. On arriving at Continental Cars, i was greeted by Matt(who knows a hell of a lot about Mercʼs) and introduced to mark and adam the other mechanics. From this moment on I knew I was somewhere "SPECIAL", the diagnosis came swiftly as did then the Quote, and then the booking for the work to be carried out, was offered, to suit me.
The work was arranged around my working day "EXCELLENT" , so on arrival I relaxed in their courtesy room, and on completion of the works Matt went through what had been done. The invoice came in spot on,( no price inflation like some places iʼve been),nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend "CONTINENTAL CARS" to YOU!.
