I am 38 and have suffered from a combination of migraine and headaches for approx 35 years. For the past 10 years there have been virtually no days where I have been headache/migraine free and as a result I have had to take a combination of over the counter and prescription drugs to get some relief. I have missed or been ill on important occasions – weddings, parties, birthdays.
