Mid January Challenge

Gosh it is now mid-January - how is your year going so far - is 2010 living up to expectations!

Also, how are your New Year resolutions holding up?  For me, January is always the month of challenge.  I always carry too much weight after Christmas and I need to start the new year with a bit of energy.

Now the photo opposite might have been my abs a few years ago but not now.  My abs now nestle lost below layers and layers of fat! Normally, I would get out for a walk every day in January to blow the cobwebs away but with the big freeze I have not yet gotten going.

So, I need to cahllenge myself.  Challenge is the word of the month and if you would like to challenge where you are and where you want to be,  one of our life coaches Nadine Honeybone of Designs On Life has special offers for January that may be of interest.
