In September we ran our 2009 Best Customer Services Award and it was a hotly contested category.
Congratulations to Continental Cars who were the eventual winners with an incredible 97 votes. This plus all the testimonials they received was a true accolade for the customer service they provide.
Getting your customers to take the trouble to vote for you with that kind of response takes some doing!
Second with a very respectable 60 votes was Green Sky IT Management they were leading with only a few days to go and fought a very fair campaign and they were also magnaimous in defeat.
The great thing for Green Sky is that they have now taken their testimonials to a sky high 46 - again this says so much about the customer service that they offer.
Highly commended must be Enticott Performance and Thornbury but this year the winner and runner-up were some way ahead. Congragulations to all nominated and a big thank you to eveyone that voted - a great contest needs two close competitors jockeying for position and we certainly had that!
