The Sittingbourne Community College is a Local Education Authority school and has been associated with A.L.E Business Machines for the last 5 years. Prior to this association, the College had dealt with Kent County Supplies.The equipment supplied by A.L.E has always been very reliable. Call-outs for service and maintenance have always been dealt with very promptly. Technicians are always knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and prompt.We have always found the financial agreements with A.L.E easy to read and understand, with no hidden small print. We are not tied to a long-term lease or hire contract; we operate on the basis of a monthly agreement which can be modified to suit our changing needs, as and when required.We currently have 6 printer/copier machines at the College and are currently investigating further print solutions with A.L.E in order to lower our annual printing expenditure.
A.L.E Business Machines have been The King's School Canterbury’s sole supplier of photocopiers for the past 2 years. After winning the tender in 2009, A.L.E helped the School to plan and execute an extensive upgrade project. The project included the installation of 42 new copiers over 3 main sites, all networked to the Uniflow system. The installation was executed perfectly with all machines being installed in just 2 days.Over the past 2 years the school has greatly benefited from A.L.E’s in depth knowledge of photocopying hardware & software, especially the Uniflow system. Since the initial installation they have assisted in tweaking Uniflow to our requirements and have helped us install a further 14 copiers around the School.If we have ever had an issue with a copier A.L.E’s technicians have come to the site and carried out the work required in a very professional manner– which is ideal in a school environment. In the case of an un-reliable machine A.L.E even arranged for a brand new machine to be put in its place, going far beyond the level of service that we expected.We are very pleased with the incredibly competitive prices and excellent service that we have received and I would happily recommend the company to anyone that is looking for a photocopying solution.Dan Rogers (Management Accountant)The King’s School Canterbury
