I was delighted to receive a letter this week from the Institute of Car Fleet Management Ltd (ICFM), certifying me as an affiliate of this prestigious organisation.
The ICFM is the UK's only independant non-profit organisation dedicated to furthering the education, recognising the achievements and advancing the profession of car fleet management so naturally I was honoured to become a member.
Established in 1922, the ICFM connects people involved in car fleet management to bring fresh ideas and experiences to the table, and therefore creates improved service for our corporate customers within the motor industry. One of the ICFM’s main purposes, however, is to train its members to a high standard for corporate sales by providing structured education programmes.
So, here’s to my future training as an affiliate of the ICFM! This means I can then bring even better customer service to you at Broad Oak BMW & MINI for all your corporate needs.
