YSS moved us out of our home swiftly, safely and with sensitivity. We moved some of our precious possessions into a well lit, warm and dry store (with fab music). All staff, especially Ted, have looked after us with efficiency and professionalism and just the right level of flexibility to ensure that our individual needs are met in full at all times. Brilliant!! We used the facility for 12 months, no problems with paperwork at all (which is a biggie for me), and even got a refund today for the part of our last month we didn't use - How fair is that?Our stuff came out clean, dry and dust free thanks to the controlled temp they have. Unit was easily accessible at all times, and they even lent us their big van to take some stuff in the first place.First class service, Todd so friendly & helpful, would highly recommend.

We have used this storage facility for nearly 12 months now and i can say that the service is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for Todd and Claire any questions are always answered professionally. The storage units are very good clean and secure. Security is the best i have seen in the area. We have two units of different sizes and the prices are very competitive. I would recommend Your Self Store every time for its service, friendly staff and security.
We would recommend Your Self Store to anyone. Claire and Todd were always polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We only had our items in storage about 6 weeks but during that time we were able to come and go as we pleased to remove things or add more. We also needed another unit on the day we were actually moving house, this was sorted out straight away and ready for us to use. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy,and the security was excellent.
I recently stored all my belongings at Your Self Store for 6 months in between two moves. Nothing was ever too much trouble for owner Todd and Clare, his assistant. Flexible both in terms of budget and size. New, squeeky clean, purpose built and very secure - I should know because one day I managed to set the alarm off! Your Self Store ticked every box. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Your Self Store started at exactly the right time for me. My house in Scotland had sold but I needed somewhere to keep my possessions until I found a new house. I can access my unit 7 days a week, which is great as I always need to put something in or take something out. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I THINK THAT YOUR SELF STORE IS THE BEST BECAUSE IT HAS ACCESS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, AMPLE SIZED UNITS AND FRIENDLY STAFF. STORING MY EQUIPMENT AT HOME WITH THE INCONVENIENCE OF DELIVERY WAGONS UPSETTING THE NEIGHBOURS WAS BEGINNING TO BE A PROBLEM.
