Nicky and the team at Premier Group handled my insurance claim professionally and efficiently. The service was flawless. I was updated throughout the process and all my queries were answered promptly. I was also given a fantastic courtesy car which was an added bonus. Absolutely outstanding customer service. It is the second time I have used the body shop at Premier and on both occasions I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism. From the helpful reception team, the delivery team and body shop staff. My car was only six months old an the repair superbly carried out, and returned valeted too. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier and would like to give a special mention to Scott and Wendy who advised and kept me informed along the way.

2nd time I've had work done here and cannot recommend the place enough, first had range rover bumper done after bump which was excellent then has a problem with ducati rear mudguard that took the paint off rear wheel. Took it to premier who resprayed both wheel gold and carried out new front and rear sprockets and chain. Absolute attention to detail with these guys, superb job and highly recommend for car and motorbike repairs. Will 100% use in the future.

Amazing service. Booked my MOT with them last minute and they managed to get me in within short notice. Quick service. Took my car at the allocated time slot and received a call back within the next 2 hours to say it’s all ready to be picked up. Such a fast, efficient service. Girls on reception (sorry I don’t know the names) were really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a great service.
