I was recommended by a friend to start having driving lessons with Donna. I wanted to have some lessons before I turned 17 to familiarise myself with the basics of the car. Donna offers an under 17 service consisting of off road lessons, which was perfect for what I wanted. I learnt all fundamental controls and she made me feel at ease even when I was still new to driving. I even learnt the manoeuvres that are required for the test in the safe environment of the car park. It was really reassuring to know there was no traffic around me and I could concentrate on what I was doing without worrying.
Once I had turned 17 I progressed with Donna to on road lessons. She was always very helpful and had a calm manner when I was driving. We covered the test routes used by the test centre to ensure I was confident in what I was doing. If there was something I was unsure of whilst doing manoeuvers, she would take control and show me how to improve my techniques. The Nissan Micra was a good car to learn in. It was just the right size and I never felt overpowered by it and the controls were all easy to understand.
As well as all this, Donna was very accommodating with my lessons to fit around my busy schedule. She always ensured to find a time that was suitable for both of us. Whilst preparing for my theory test, she gave me a disc to upload to my computer with the questions and examples of hazard perception on. I found this very useful and resulted in me passing first time.
Overall, I really enjoyed my lessons, I never felt stressed or uncomfortable under the instruction of Donna. Without her help, I wouldn't have passed both my theory and practiacl test first time. The standard of her teaching is very high which helped me to pass with only 2 minors. I would highly recommend her to those who are considering starting to learn.

I started to learn to drive with Donna from Masterclass in September 2010 and passed my test in April 2011.
Donna is a great driving instructor, she made me feel at ease straight away and built my confidence up very quickly. Donna knew what I was capable of and was able to push me without putting too much pressure on me.
Had I not had someone as patient as Donna I believe it would have taken me longer to pass my test.
If anyone asked me to recommend a driving instructor it would be Donna everytime.

It's nerve racking learning to drive. Masterclass put me at ease and helped me to build my confidence during every lesson. They are very friendly and very approachable!
