After ringing round many companies today finding out they were closed (Sunday) I phoned M & S and spoke with Mark. Even though he too was shut, he offered to open up so I could buy a battery for my horsebox - which had completely died. What a really nice guy and so helpful. Thank you Mark from Fiona and a now happy (& running) horsebox:-)

Excellent service, I have bought several batteries from M&S for various vehicles. Always high quality products at extremely keen prices.
They have also managed to source specialist batteries not available off the shelf and supply within a couple of days, again cheaper than their competitors.

Well what can be added to the excellent out of hours service that was given by Mr Mark Smallman.

Like a couple of other people, I too was in dyer need of help and M&S supplies came to my rescue, replacing a dead battery with one that far surpassed my requirements at a price that was well below dealership prices (this became apparent from a return phone call from Mercedes, even without this information Mr Smallman's price was acceptable).

This is a 5 star operation in my opinion.

Thank goodness Mr Smallman has chosen Cannock to operate his business.

Car refused to start with the onset of cold weather so called RAC. Told i needed a new battery, seemed expensive from RAC so decided to call M&S for a price. M&S had a battery in stock and priced at half that of RAC and Halfords. Also got headlight bulbs for half the price compared to Halfords. A great place to know about and nice guys.

Went to see M & S for a new battery for my car. They insisted on testing my battery first and discovered that the battery is actually ok and that the connections were very loose. They tightened the connections saving me the best part of £50. Good honest business, i will be going back when i do actually need a new battery!
