Superb customer service, and great products at very competitive prices. Went out of their way to help, even opened up for me on a saturday afternoon after they had closed. Will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.
Fantastic service! Opened up the shop just for my car problems out of hours on a Sunday and tested my battery as I was having problems starting the car. It needed replacing so I then bought a battery from them for just £30. I then needed to get my car started again so I could get it home to fit the battery and the lovely store staff started my car again with jump leads. Highly recommend!

After ringing round many companies today finding out they were closed (Sunday) I phoned M & S and spoke with Mark. Even though he too was shut, he offered to open up so I could buy a battery for my horsebox - which had completely died. What a really nice guy and so helpful. Excellent service, I have bought several batteries from M&S for various vehicles. Always high quality products at extremely keen prices. They have also managed to source specialist batteries not available off the shelf and supply within a couple of days, again cheaper than their competitors. Always try M&S first for any auto electrical consumable.
Truly excellent service. Took time and effort to meet my needs and quoted me a price half the price of the major competitors. Make this business your first call as I am sure they cannot be beaten on price or service.
Well what can be added to the excellent out of hours service that was given by Mr Mark Smallman. Like a couple of other people, I too was in dyer need of help and M&S supplies came to my rescue, replacing a dead battery with one that far surpassed my requirements at a price that was well below dealership prices (this became apparent from a return phone call from Mercedes, even without this information Mr Smallman's price was acceptable). This is a 5 star operation in my opinion. Thank goodness Mr Smallman has chosen Cannock to operate his business.

Called at 3.40 on saturday shop was closed but owner mark opened up because we were desperate, battery was very competative service excellent, and this guy deserves your business!!!!

Car refused to start with the onset of cold weather so called RAC. Told i needed a new battery, seemed expensive from RAC so decided to call M&S for a price. M&S had a battery in stock and priced at half that of RAC and Halfords. Also got headlight bulbs for half the price compared to Halfords. A great place to know about and nice guys.
Went to see M & S for a new battery for my car. They insisted on testing my battery first and discovered that the battery is actually ok and that the connections were very loose. They tightened the connections saving me the best part of £50. Good honest business, i will be going back when i do actually need a new battery!
