I was recommended to JP to originally have an old computer repaired and although they could not find fault the service & attention was excellent. So much so that when I decided to buy a new PC I returned to JP and the lady that served me was extremely knowledgeable & attentive and no question I asked seemed too trivial. She advised me of what would be the best PC for my needs & talked me through all options. I would definitely use & recommend the company.

When I tried JPE they gave me several options to sort out my laptop problems. I left my laptop with them until the next day when all of the obvious problems were resolved. I was charged a modest amount for their work. I am more than pleased with their value for money, professionalism and friendly manner.

Never used before but definitely will again. Glad I chose not to buy online - superb customer service, very knowledgeable - no stupid call centres just a good honest friendly local store with everything I wanted and more - even a good antivirus at a very good price. I would suggest you all go there, you will be glad you did - cannot praise enough!

Laptop I bought from them was excellent value for money - top brand and specification and much cheaper than from larger stores and online.
