A wide range of fitness classes are also available in the studios at the Fitness First gym. These classes include classes such Body Pump, Spin, Circuit Training, Body Combat, Zumba and more. These classes are inclusive and allow social exercising with the added motivation of others and the music.

There is a team of experienced personal trainers based at Fitness First Cannock to assist members in reaching their goals. The personal trainers can give expert advice on training programs as well as give guidance on nutrition. Members of Fitness First Cannock gym can unwind after a workout in the sauna or steam room before utilising the changing rooms with hairdryers, shampoo and shower gel provided.
