EDS Couriers were delivering some materials from a supplier to us, but the supplier would only deliver to our home address. Jim, the EDS driver phoned us in advance to let us know he was 1/2 hour away, we met him, collected the delivery and got our customers job done that same day. Me...a happy customer, my customer...a very happy customer. Thanks EDS - A Great Job!!!

e.d.s. have delivered on their promises for us. We needed a number of packages and a large pallet to arrive in Berlin ready for our biggest client to exhibit at the IFA show. So safe arrival and arrival on time was crucial. Everything appeared safe and sound when they said it would. Our clients are very happy with the service and of course we are too. Thanks e.d.s.

Poor. After being told I would receive a call for delivery of my pallet a driver had called me saying I was outside your house??? After rearranged for a week later it never arrived. Although during the day when I chased this was told it will be delivered by 4pm. I have lost a fay's wages waiting for this. Dissapointed.

I don’t want to leave a 1 star this service makes Hermes look like gods… worst couriers on the face of the earth. Staff rude when you call totally unprofessional would never buy from a company that uses these again.

Shocking. Very important parcel lost. Waited 2 days for next day delivery, went to depot to collect parcel. Staff miserable, nobody cares. They "looked for the parcel" but nowhere to be found. Needed service part before trip to Europe but not getting it. Very dissapointed, do not use or send - part of APC who is also a shocking company.

2 shipments to the same customer opened and items lost / stolen both sent weeks apart with 1000's of parcels being sent a month via APC seems to be constant issues to this area.

AWFUL SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ITEM DELIVERED 5 HOUSES AWAY. DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. DIDNT RECEIVE A CARD THROUGH THE DOOR TO SAY IT HAD BEEN POSTED. A WEEK LATER FOUND OUT IT WAS WITH A NEIGHBOUR. LARGE PARCEL. IM DISABLED AND UNABLE TO COLLECT IT
