I treated my Mum to vouchers from here which she spent on treatmemt for thread veins....what a great service. The girls really put her mind at rest and followed the treatment up with check ups. A truly professional service. The staff are ALL wonderful. They even have an in-house Personal Trainer. It's really rare to find such great services all under one roof! I've been visiting the Retreat Clinic for a monthly facial by Michele for the past 10 years. As a very discerning Client, I have to say The Retreat are simply The Best in Cannock. Today, someone came to the house and thought I was MY YOUNGER DAUGHTER!!!!!! Thank you Michele, all that wonderful pampering over the years is paying big dividends now! ;-)

I am always made to feel so welcome. The team help me as my mobility is slow. The salon couches are so comfortable and they lower them down to give me easy access. Beautiful salon and beautiful treatments

I had my Hen Day at the Retreat and I cannot express how fantastic the staff made our spa experience. The champagne flowed and the buffet which Jo had laid out for us for between treatments was fabulous with so much effort behind every detail. We even had a pole dancing lesson.
I have since joined the VIP scheme and feel spoilt every time I visit with a fantastic menu of treatments to choose from. The staff are second to none and make each and every customer feel very special.
