Gym is small and basic but has a good range of weights, machines for cardio and chest arms/etc so i guess it's got everything you'd need.
Prices are good, £20 to join then £3.50 per time, £20 a month for 12 months or £100 straight up for 10 months (off peak only).
Place is always quiet when i go at 3-4pm (if the place had more than 10 people in there it'd be too busy, to give you an idea of size) and doesn't have any "kids" or "Steroid Heads", has the odd person who loves themself a bit too much but what Gym doesn't?
All the guys i've spoken too seem fairly down to Earth anyway.

1/4 of the size of all other Gym's in the area but half the price so worth it in my books.

Great gym, 3 benches, dumbells up to 40kg, cable maching, ez bar, 2 treadmills, sauna, steam room, PT sessions, boxercise, pay per session or monthly and a friendly atmosphere

The Gym at Chase Park is good as its cheap. I go there with my mates and am able to do the weights I want. I also like to run around the pitches outside.

I use The Gym at Chase Park as it has all I want from a gym at less than half the cost of other Cannock gyms.
