The two very nice polite chaps who carried out our repairs did a splendid job. They were punctual and they did just what they said they would and did not leave until the work was finished to our complete satisfaction.They cleaned up before they left and the price charged was exactly the same as the estimate. All in all it was a pleasure to know them. Do yourselves a big favour and use them for all your building and repair work.

Carl and Lee worked very hard on the wall they did for us - always arriving early - and cleaning up the mess they had made every night. Never had workmen like them before. We could certainly recommend them. We saw another job they had done - could tell they were good.

The work we had done by Buildrite was of a very high standard. Nothing was too difficult and it was completed in an efficient and tidy manner. They have an honest and up front approach in all they do. It is clear they care about the quality of work they produce, which in turn gives them the reputation they deserve.

We hadn't employed a builder for a number of years so had to start from scratch choosing one - what a daunting prospect! About twenty offered their services following our planning application; some we ruled out straight away but Buildrite was one of the five we thought worth a serious look.
Right from the first visit (on-date and on-time) Carl's knowledge, character and business-like approach stood out from the rest. We weren't disappointed when one of his preferred suppliers subsequently gave us equally sound and informed advice on detailed aspects of the project.
Buildrite's quote was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, by some way! After visiting two of Carl's current projects, we came away with the view he was entirely genuine and worth the cost.
For our single storey extension, and other maintenance, the attendance and workmanship of Carl and all the craftsmen he used (carpenters, scaffolders, roofers, plasterers, plumber) was excellent, on-time, and delivered with politeness and good humour. Carl also made sure the site was left clean, tidy and safe at the end of each day.
Carl's willingness and attention to detail was amazing - nothing was 'forgotten' or too much trouble. The overall quality of finish was first rate.
The project took a little longer than anticipated, due to circumstances beyond Carl's control, but we are so pleased with the end result, for which we unhesitatingly than, and recommend Carl, Buildrite and his team.

Helen and I would like to express our sincere thanks for your efforts and our satisfaction with your work on the difficult project of rebuilding our exterior wall and designing our fantastic new back garden Patio area. Staff and contractors were prompt, courteous, on time and the site maintained tidy and safe during all stages of the work. Your willingness to listen to our concerns and to undertake other small maintenance jobs for us that were not part of the original contract has made the project very successful and stress free for us. Our house is a much better place to live in following the completion. We are very happy with all aspects of the job from pricing, to handling of variations and the timely completed work. At present we are in the process of phase two of our extension plans and are already in contact with Carl and his team to schedule us in for the forthcoming project of a further bedroom, En suite and children's playroom.
