The scheme is being delivered in partnership with South Staffordshire College and JobCentre Plus.
Computer facilities with internet access will enable anybody to search job vacancies, build or refresh a CV and write any cover letters.
Staff will be on hand to provide informal guidance and useful tips in areas such as interview preparation and completing online job application forms.
The Work Club will take place every fortnight on a Friday, running sessions in 3 one-hour slots, between 10am and 1pm at the main Council Offices on Beecroft Road.
