The repair centre in The Old Maltings on Ditton Walk is open to the public Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
The mobile Mac Geek is on call 7 days a week till 8pm. Call out repairs will be done on site but if resolving the problem requires work to be done in the repair centre, Zippin Pippin will collect and return the working unit within 48 hours.

Saturdays are iPhone days
Due to growing demand for iPhone repairs, Saturday is now a day dedicated to your iPhone. Being a weekend, this will mean it doesn't interrupt your working week.
Just call to make an appointment, bring your phone to the workshop on Ditton Walk at the agreed time and it will be fixed as soon as possible. You can either wait with a magazine and a nice coffee or tea or, if you'd prefer, just come back later to collect it.
If you need your iPhone repaired quickly and cannot wait for our iPhone day, Zippin Pippin can repair during working days by appointment. However, they cannot guarantee same day repairs.
