We don’t have that much IT expertise within our team, and so before working with The PC Support Group we were really lucky that the systems had kept going up until then. However When we moved offices we really needed professional help and The PC Support Group handled everything for us. They ensured that all our PCs, Server, printers, network and cables were unplugged and moved safely to our new office. This was all done over the weekend so that we were up and running by the following Monday morning. We continued to work with The PC Support Group to help take our organisation forward in a professional way, they helped us to improve our office and email systems by implementing Microsoft Exchange which has helped us immensely in the way we are able to work as a team. Whenever we need help no matter how trivial it may seem, their engineers are so friendly and simply log into our computers remotely and take us through what needs to be done. As a registered Charity we certainly don’t have the funds to waste on ineffective services, but the support provided by The PC Support Group has proved really cost effective as it prevents us from wasting time struggling to try and sort out these problems ourselves, it’s been worth every penny.
