A couple of weeks prior to using LDS we had placed an advert in the local paper advertising a customer service vacancy at Factotum Ltd. The advert had cost in the region £750 and only returned three responses, of which none of the candidates were suitable; in fact we didn’t even interview any of the three!

Someone suggested we did a leaflet drop in the local area in the hope of soliciting a better response.
