I would like to convey my thanks to your team for the excellent work that has been done in my hallway following a flood in late 2008.

The tradesmen who visited always seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding their trades and work was always completed without fuss, even going as far as making small adjustments to the hallway in order that I can continue without hindrance through the rest of the house. They were always happy to answer any questions I raised with them and always seemed to have an answer or alternative suggestion and advice for me.

I would like to mention Time and Chris who did the floor with minimal fuss or disruption, always tidied up behind them and one chap even took my rubbish out to the bin on his way out!

Dave the heating engineer came out after the floor to sort out the leak in the tank and to restore my heating as needed. He stayed late to get the basics up and running and then came back again the next morning to complete the job. I could see he was tired after being on call but again, not a single complaint nor grumble.

I am unable to comment on the chaps who did the ceiling removal as I did not see them for more than 5 minutes, but I do know they left the house In a cleaner condition than when they arrived as did the men who replaced it the next day.

With regards to the management coordinating the repairs I have no complaint, in particular Matthew Sizer and Steve Rumbelow who were always on hand to offer advice over the phone and to ensure the job in hand was done in a satisfactory manner and safely.

Finally, your receptionist when answering calls is always polite, cheerful and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for her.

If I have left anyone off, it is not intentional and you should be very proud of the staff you employ. It has been a pleasure to deal with your company and should I ever have another disaster (hopefully not!) I do hope it is your company who come to the rescue.

From Wednesday 18th February I had a new electrical system installed by Coulson under the Decent Homes policy of Cambridge City Council.

The two gentlemen are called Neil Bentley and Stuart Harvey.
They did a fantastic job, left my home clean and tidy, were very polite and went out of their way to be kind and considerate.

You should be proud of these two gentlemen, because I feel in this day and age nobody ever praises good workmanship. All they ever do is moan!
