I would like to thank you and your staff for the exceptional service I was given regarding my newly rented property.

I could not view the cottage till late Thursday afternoon and you very kindly made yourself available for me to do so. You had all the property details with you and the questions you could not answer you were able to obtain from a quick call to the landlord.

I am still amazed from deciding to go ahead with the rental on Thursday at 6.30pm you were handing me the keys the following Monday at 9.00am. All the other agencies I had contacted quoted 7 to 10 days to process the paperwork. Airport Lettings quoted 2 days and 2 days it was.

We have been using Airport Lettings for a number of years now and have always been impressed with the trouble free service that the Airport Lettings Team has provided.

We have found that if anything is required on maintenance, regulation updates such as gas testing etc this has all been carried out efficiently by the team and more importantly we have always been kept fully informed.

Both check in and check out of each tenancy has always gone very smoothly and all monies are always paid directly into our bank on time.

All in all my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Airport Letting.
