Huge thanks for the excellent service provided by your staff at Longacres. Here at Shaftesbury Court the residents have a garden group and they shop at your Centre all year round. We also order goods by phone and they are delivered. At certain times of the year your staff must be under quite a bit of pressure but they are always helpful and smiling. Because the residents enter South and South East in Bloom and Rushmoor in Bloom it is important that the plants for certain projects are colour matched and your staff are amazing and patient. In recent times I have dealt with Nick, Gill, John, Linda and Margaret and, of course, the delivery men. They are all "stars"! Not forgetting the rest of the "Information" Staff!
