Surrey Heath Business Network is a group of local business owners who meet every Wednesday morning at our new venue at Camberley Heath Golf Club. Many who have joined the business support and networking group have become firm friends as well as business acquaintances.
What to Expect at a Surrey Heath Business Network Meeting
A chat over freshly brewed coffee starts the morning, followed by a hearty fried breakfast, not so bad once a week, but not something you would enjoy each and every morning!
After much friendly down to earth conversation, it's down to business. The real reason for being part of Surrey Heath Business Network: referrals and a chance to talk about your business.
Every week, each business owner gets one minute to talk about their individual business. They can talk about trends in their industry, how business is for them personally and also what kind of new business they are looking for.
At each business support and networking meeting, one member of our club gets a longer spot of 10 minutes for a more detailed presentation.
It is after this, that referrals are swapped between the members. A lot of the members use each other's services, but more often, a member may have a friend or business acquaintance that needs the service of one of the other members.
This business referral part of our morning ritual is very important and is one of the main reasons for the member of Surrey Heath Business Network meeting each Wednesday morning at Camberley Heath Golf Club.
Although there is structure and a set routine for our meetings, we pride ourselves on being friendly, down to earth and the banter can be hilarious at times.
