Eversince we went on Celebrity Cruise 2 years ago, although it is only a weekend cruise, cruising is now form part of our holiday plan for the year from now on.

Last year with your help on the arrangements for 6 of us, all went very well even with Steveʼs last minute changes, you have done a excellent job, first class and on time.

This year, Steve who have been poached by his parentʼs Cruising Club has decided to arrange our trip with 10 of us on Ventura P.O - The Party Cruise taking off next Friday.
Yet up till today, we only got one information pack only to one couple and not the rest, table sitting was booked wrongly, one couple name was misspelt and this needs 2 weeks to be re-organised. This is now a chaos for Steve who now regretted taking this on. I have offered to take over again, as I feel that having an independent travel agent like yourself helps alot and hassle free. You done a great job for us all.
