Just a brief note to thankyou for your prompt and effective service (same day) in rescueing my wife's computer from oblivion and recovering her files.It is most reassuring to know that there is a local professional and friendly service for those of us who are computer illiterate. We nevertheless rely upon our our PC's and laptops for everything from booking holidays, keeping up with family and friends,to reporting the figures on our gas and electricity meters! After two wasted days talking to other companies 'help desks' and getting nowhere, I contacted Si29 Computer Services for help. They were first class! The guy they sent out was knowledgable, friendly, polite and explained exactly what needed to be done in simple language even I could understand. He took my computer away for 24 hours but when he brought it back it was running better than it has since it was new. I lost none of my documents or photographs and the 'virus' that had brought it to its knees and was preventing me from accessing the Internet was completely gone. It wasn't even overly expensive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with IT problems of any kind.

Si 29 Systems helped me when I thought I had a terminal issue with my computer. The problem was fixed, more importantly to me, all of my data, pictures and music were saved. The resolution was explained to me in a language I could understand and preventative measures were discussed. So much better than the usual wipe and re install brigade sorry you have lost all of your data !
